Philip Placzek, J.D.
Philip Placzek has a background in accountancy and real estate development. He graduated from South Texas College of Law. During his studies, Mr. Placzek clerked for the Honorable Bonnie Hellums and was inducted into The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Placzek has over ten years of experience in the area of family law and alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of The Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court and a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Scott M. Chapman, M.A., J.D.
Scott Chapman holds an undergraduate and a graduate degree in psychology. His studies included working with abused children, divorcing families, and men experiencing adjustment issues. Mr. Chapman graduated from South Texas College of Law. During his law school studies, he was inducted into The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi and received a C.A.L.I. award for his advanced marital property and division seminar paper.
Jessica Gonzalez is completing her baccalaureate degree at the University of Houston – Downtown. She has worked as a paralegal for seven years. Ms. Gonzalez enjoys complex family law litigation and expects to attend law school in the near future.
